This is to unlock the mysteries of life that how civilization came into being and how it can be protected. According to their preparation the researchers will collect the samples of earth’s mantle in order to get the clues on primitive organisms (the forerunners of life) and to study the tectonic plates which may shake the foundation of the planet.
Centre for deep Earth exploration (CDEX) trains a group of people on 57,500 tones deep sea drilling vessel ‘Chikyu’ which literally means Earth in Japanese language.
